When you purchase a digital product or membership from ShiftsAcademy, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
However, please note:
By starting to use the product – such as logging in, viewing content, or downloading resources – you waive your right of withdrawal, as the digital content is considered delivered and used.
How to Cancel Your Purchase
If you have not accessed any content yet and wish to cancel within the 14-day period, simply contact us via email:

Please include your full name, order number, and purchase date.
We’ll confirm your cancellation and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
How to Cancel or End Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time – there is no lock-in period.
To cancel:

Go to your membership settings

Click “Cancel Membership” or “Stop Subscription”
Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After that, you won’t be charged again.
